I was born on March 9, 1978 in Mahmutlar district of Alanya city, Antalya region. I was lucky to be at the beginning stage of the massive construction of our region. The region that you see now was created in my eyes and with my participation. And I am proud of the work done.
From the first day of work in the real estate market, my principle has been and remains the principle of “Satisfied customer”. For me, the concept of “sell and forget” was and remains unacceptable. We always do our best to make the customer feel our care both before and after buying a property.
Until 2012, our main activity was real estate services, but since that time we have gained strength and experience in order to realize ourselves in the construction sector. By combining the two Latin words Novam (new) and Vitam (life), we got the name of our first large construction project — NOVITA. Later this name became a brand. All our complexes are fully focused on the convenience of people, harmony with nature and are built using new technologies.
It is important that in all NOVITA RESİDENCES projects we tried to provide our customers with favorable cooperation conditions that made participation in the construction of our complexes a profitable investment.
